The StageChain roadmap outlines a phased approach to delivering a scalable, blockchain-native ticketing protocol that evolves from infrastructure development to global adoption. Each stage focuses on deepening utility, expanding access, and strengthening ecosystem engagement.
Phase 1: Core Infrastructure & version 0.1 Launch (Q3-Q4, 2025)
Focus: Technology and product foundation Goal: Deliver the foundational technology stack and initial platform functionality to support early single-event partners and validate the on-chain ticket lifecycle. Key Actions:
Develop and deploy the Back Office and Mobile Wallet for ticket management
Launch NFT-based ticketing system on the Base blockchain with full lifecycle control
Enable fiat and crypto payments via integrated gateways
Deploy secondary market controls with fraud prevention mechanisms
Launch event analytics dashboards
Initial Web3 community - Twitter (X) and Telegram
Sign first partnerships with leading Web 3 companies and generate awareness
Phase 2: Secondary Market & Feature Expansion (Q1-Q2, 2026)
Focus: SDK/API release and Launch of the ADMIT token (TGE) Goal: Public ICO and TGE. Extend platform capabilities to cover season tickets, VIP offerings, and third-party integrations while enabling token liquidity and user incentives. Key Actions:
Introduce season ticket and hospitality management capabilities
Introduce ticketing API and SDKs for third-party integration
Dual track marketing for token and B2B product awareness
Scale business development and partner onboarding
Conduct Token Generation Event (TGE) and launch ADMIT staking program
Expand of the business development team to onboard evnet organizers.

Phase 3: Payments & Security Enhancements (Q3-Q4, 2026)
Focus: Expend partnerships with exchanges, In-venue commerce, fraud detection, infrastructure scale Goal: List ADMIT token in more exchanges, Unlock real-world payment use cases and enhance platform security to enable broader adoption and commercial scalability. Key Actions:
Launch StageChain debit card for real-world spending of ticket proceeds
Integrate machine learning–based fraud detection for real-time transaction monitoring
Expand SDK/API capabilities to include funds and identity management
Secure additional exchange listings and liquidity partnerships.
Onboard of 3-4 sports clubs that are using StageChain for ticketing needs.
Phase 4: Fan & Season Ticket Holder Experience (Q1-Q2, 2027)
Focus: Engagement, personalisation, loyalty Goal: Create a fan-centric experience through digital ownership, gamified rewards, and loyalty infrastructure that deepens long-term user retention. Key Actions:
Roll out self-service tools for season ticket holders, including resale and upgrades
Introduce gamified fan engagement and loyalty rewards
Launch collectible NFTs and digital assets tied to event participation
Enable dynamic discounts, exclusive content, and community-based incentives
Phase 5: Global Expansion & Ecosystem Growth (Q3-Q4, 2027)
Focus: Market scale, decentralization, community activation Goal: Scale the StageChain Protocol globally, enabling decentralized access to ticketing infrastructure and activating a borderless event economy. Key Actions:
Launch a self-service platform for independent event organizers
Expand to global markets with multi-currency and localization support
Establish regional teams for sales, support, and compliance
