Funds Management
StageChain provides a modern, transparent, and compliant framework for managing ticket-related funds. From the moment a ticket is sold to the final withdrawal or reuse of earnings, the platform ensures seamless, secure, and regulatory aligned financial operations, both for end users and event organizers.
Real-Time Proceeds Tracking: Funds from primary and secondary ticket sales are credited directly to the user’s in-app balance. The StageChain mobile wallet displays real-time updates on available funds, pending payouts, and historical transactions. This immediate visibility allows users, including fans, sellers, and event organizers, to maintain control and awareness over their earnings and cash flow throughout the event lifecycle.
Withdrawal, Conversion & Reuse: Users can withdraw their balance, convert between fiat and supported cryptocurrencies, or reuse their available funds to purchase new tickets, all from within the StageChain wallet. This flexible funds management model allows for frictionless participation in the ecosystem, whether users prefer traditional financial rails or digital assets.
Multi Currency Payment Acceptance:StageChain collaborates with licensed Financial Institutions to securely hold and manage user funds in compliance with global financial regulations. These partnerships enable the platform to support a broad range of payment methods selected by each event organizer, including credit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and crypto assets.
Through integrations with multiple EMIs, organizers can configure the payment acceptance options that best suit their audience and region. Whether targeting fiat-first customers or Web3-native users, StageChain provides a unified checkout experience while abstracting the complexity of underlying payment rails.
Seamless Blockchain Integration: While tickets are issued and validated via blockchain, the underlying fiat or crypto payments are processed transparently through StageChain’s infrastructure. All financial logic, including payment routing, settlement, risk scoring, and fraud detection, is handled behind the scenes. This ensures that transactions are completed smoothly while maintaining a high standard of trust, speed, and reliability.
Crypto–Fiat Flow Management: To manage conversions between digital assets and fiat currencies, StageChain collaborates with regulated VASPs (Virtual Asset Service Providers) and CASPs (Crypto Asset Service Providers). These entities handle the custody and exchange of crypto and fiat assets, enabling users to seamlessly transition between ecosystems in full compliance with AML/CTF frameworks. Users who hold crypto balances in their StageChain wallet can choose to convert and withdraw them as fiat, offering full liquidity and global usability.
Organizer Oversight & Risk Controls: Event organizers gain complete visibility into all financial activities via the StageChain Back Office. They can monitor wallet transactions, view fund flows in real time, and take proactive steps, such as suspending withdrawals flagged as suspicious or in violation of platform rules. The system supports rule-based controls and fraud triggers to mitigate risk while preserving transaction efficiency.
Additionally, StageChain empowers organizers to manage KYC workflows for attendees or sellers, depending on the jurisdiction or regulatory requirements of a specific market. This flexible, rule-driven compliance framework ensures readiness for global operations without sacrificing user experience.
StageChain Debit Card (planned feature): StageChain plans to offer co-branded physical and virtual debit cards that link directly to users’ wallet balances, allowing them to spend ticketing proceeds outside the platform at retail locations or ATMs. Every card transaction instantly syncs with the wallet balance, providing real-time transparency and account accuracy. Cardholders will be able to set spending limits, freeze or unfreeze their cards, enable biometric security features, and receive alerts for high-value purchases, all managed through the mobile wallet.
